Our room was spotless with two double beds, and we were quite pleased with it! 🌟

The rooms are functional and clean with climate control, cable TV, and a microwave oven. The amazing staff welcomes you in warmly. The location of the hotel in Greenville is particularly great, just off Greenville Boulevard near the mall.

I recently stayed at the Uptown hotel in Rocky Mount for 2 weeks and had a fantastic experience. The room and linen were clean, and the Wi-Fi was reliable. The hotel also had handicapped bars installed in the bathrooms, which was a thoughtful touch. The woman at the front desk was very nice, and the location was convenient for visiting family in the area. The desk person was incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early even though I arrived before the official check-in time. I'll definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to the area.

The location and the price ,was good some of the staff was great.

I didn't like the manager he was rude and baste to a family friend that came to visit, who was unaware of hotel policy, he was cussing at her and although we appologize to him he cussed at her.

The only thing is the proximity to ecu. Clean up your act so that you compete with the other hotels in your area!!!!

We were bumped to "no reservation" without notification. If it was not Parent's Weekend at ecu we would have left right then. We had to stay in a smoking room. The breakfast was ok -other hotels in the area are much better!!!!

The room was functional and clean with 2 double beds, had a good night's sleep. A flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and a microwave oven were provided. Location: the hotel was just next door to California, and ECU and mall.

The amenities were good. We especially liked having an iron and ironing board. The continental breakfast was adequate.

The bathtub was not cleaned on the 2nd day and the hair dryer was dirty. We were happy to have heat as well as air conditioning but the vents were not adjustable and so we were cold sitting at the table right next to the air conditioning unit.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Greenville for my family visit. The location was perfect, and I found the bed to be very comfortable. The air conditioner worked well, ensuring a pleasant and cool night's sleep. The staff at the desk were incredibly accommodating, allowing me to check in early despite the check-in time being later in the day. They quickly prepared a room for me, saving me from waiting around and making the most of my time. Additionally, the hotel's proximity to my family in the area was a bonus. I'll definitely stay here again when I return to Greenville.

Loyd music and arguing all night. Every night. Being asked if I wanted my room cleaned and having to pick up and return towels before getting new ones.

The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of downtown. The room I stayed in was clean and well-maintained. The bed was comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. I had a pleasant stay at Uptown.

The location is close to family in the area.

I requested a double room on first floor because of my back surgery I cannot walk up stairs, this is the second year that they did not save a room for me. I had to accept a king size bed and sleep with someone. My sister is a dialysis patient and has difficulty using stairs and requested the same when she called to make a reservation, they put her on second floor. She came out of her room only twice during the trip because she couldn't handle the stairs. We will not stay at this place in the future. The room I had was not cleaned properly, the carpet was dirty (it needed to be shampooed) and there was a french fries on the floor under the table.
